Located on the hills surrounding the Sorrento Peninsula, the property is ten minutes away from the Sorrento town centre and five minutes away from the small town of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi.


The villa spread over two independent floors connected by an internal staircase. The property is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning and offers a spacious garden and parking spaces.


On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living room with balcony, offering a stunning sea view, three sofas, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables, one bar table with stools, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, toaster and kettle. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spare bathroom.


First floor: there is an additional open-plan living room with a sofa, TV and a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious panoramic terrace with sofas, a table for 10 pax and an external heated jacuzzi. On this floor there are two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), one bedroom with two bunk beds and an additional bathroom.


All bedrooms have a wardrobe. All bathrooms (excluded the spare bathroom) have a shower.
